Shipping policy

We ship orders using USPS or UPS, depending on the size and destination of the order.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable shipping address at checkout. Please ensure that your address can receive delivery from common carriers. Some locations may require a PO Box, while others may not accept delivery from certain carriers.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address — including addresses that cannot be serviced by the selected carrier — the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. Returned orders can be resent once the correct address is confirmed and any applicable reshipping fees are paid.
